Our Hunter Road Force machine presses a diagnostic load roller against the tire as it spins — simulating the road — to find vibration causes a standard spin balancer can’t see, then match-mounts the tire to the wheel to cancel them out. If it can be fixed with a balance, this machine fixes it.
Fully forged wheels are machined from a single forged aluminum block — the strongest and lightest option, built to order for your exact specs. Hybrid forged wheels use advanced flow forming: the barrel is spun under heat and pressure, compressing the aluminum for near-forged strength and weight at a friendlier price.
